【Job Requirements】: Male or female, aged 16–45, in good health; no educational requirement; willing to work long-term. 【Job Description】: Production of wiring harnesses for new-energy vehicles and electric vehicles, household power cords, and charging ports. The work is simple and easy to learn. 【Compensation Structure】: Employees are paid on a piece-rate basis, with both individual and team-based pay. The average annual salary is over RMB 7,000. Pay is calculated from the 1st to the 30th of each month, with salaries paid on the 30th. After three months of employment, the five social insurances will be provided. 【Working Hours】: Standard full-time shift, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with overtime until 9:30 p.m. Candidates must be willing to work overtime. Compensation is based on piece rates—more work, more pay. 【Accommodation and Meals】: Free accommodation and meals; utility costs are shared equally; dormitory facilities are complete and the environment is pleasant.

Responsible for factory system certifications, such as ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. 3. Provide standardization recommendations to the R&D department for product development. 4. Offer guidance on operational procedures for the production department. 5. Manage and maintain the testing laboratory, as well as conduct testing on selected products. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field. 2. Prior experience in safety certification, testing, inspection, or similar roles is preferred. 3. Strong learning ability, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
